Perfect add-on for this multitool piece of equipment. These add resistance to each and every workout and even add new workouts to the nord bench.
The product is well built and sturdy. The quality is the same as Rogue or any commercial grade products. It does everything it says it can do. I'm a big guy and I have no issues using this piece of equipment. The customer service is top tier and they keep you posted if there's any issues. My only problem is with shipping and getting your product in a timely fahion. It took several months to get my full order. The customer service department did a great job in fixing things. Now that I have it, this is a must have item in any home gym.
Love the bands. Although I am having trouble identifying which one is what weight equivalent. I looked at the sheet, but the feel of the bands when using them don't seem to match up.
Works great with the Nordbench for a full low impact workout in my living room
