It all started from my days as a sports physical therapist at a Division I University, where I saw too many talented athletes sidelined by hamstring injuries. It was heartbreaking.

That's where the idea for Nordstick came from.
I needed to find a way for my athletes to train their hamstrings effectively, without breaking the bank or needing a gym's worth of space.
