Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for all eligible products. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@thenordstick.com  Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return mailing address and instructions for shipping the product back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. After inspection, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days, minus a 15% restocking fee.
