Just got my Nordbench, it has exceeded expectations. If you follow the instructions you can definitely experience a ZERO wobble stability. I'm 205 lbs and it is commercial quality build, as long as the base is fully extended it lives up to it's claims. The foam looks like it would not survive a commercial setting but for home use it is equal to gym level quality. Took 20 mins to setup, defense yake your time to get 10 bolts in snug and correct on the first try. I would highly recommend this. Stores upright as described, stores flat as described, fits in every room of my house. Thank you. Solid upgrades and refinement updates.
I just received my bench this week and put it together. I was able to put it together on my own. So far, I have done two workouts on it and find it to be very comfortable and very stable. It’s a great addition to my home gym!

I got mine in early November 2024 and after putting it all together it felt very solid and the padding feels very good when doing Nordic curls or back extensions or any abdominal workouts. This device is the only one I’ve seen on the market that effectively targets all my needs for a multi purpose exercise bench. The portability and compact footprint when standing upright make it a huge win for my household so it can be out of the way and also quickly accessible to get some workouts in, which is a must when you have kids and lengthy uninterrupted training is no longer a possibility in most cases. 5 stars. As a side note I did have some issues with mine that were not trivial but also didn’t stop me from fully enjoying the bench and the company sent me a new one free of charge with updates. I will be purchasing more from nordstick for like as I really believe in their product. When you get a call from the founder to discuss concerns that shows they really care and want to put out the best product.
The NordBench is great! I highly recommend it to anyone who is focusing on the little things like lower body strength, flexibility and just being physically fit. It’s a really nice piece of equipment and it fits in a very small space. Having said that, better than the bench is the Nordstick team. What a great group of individuals! They really believe in their mission and truly care about their customers. Really outstanding. If you’re planning on spending your hard earned dollars on anything fitness related, I urge you to spend it with this small business.
I got this for the sole purpose of improving my back strength. I’m 6 months into a bulging disk recovery and want to future proof my spine.
I’m really tall and worried my long body wouldn’t fit properly but when using it feels strong and safe it has a wide range of settings for everyone. It’s early days still but my back is already feeling stronger having used it.
I purchased the NordBench back in December as part of my rehab for disc bulge injury and sciatica. I needed the Back Extension capability at home.
Machine arrived and I had it ready to go inside 10 mins by following the amazing setup video that was on a QR code on the box!
This thing is built like a WW2 tank! It will outlive me for sure, quality is 5 out of 5.
What i was not expecting was all of the other exercises I can do on it apart for Nordics and back extensions! I do daily hip thrusters, Kettlebell squats using in built slant board, Romanian split squats and most importantly QL side strengthening work. Can think of at least 10 super foundational training exercises the NordBench will handle with ease, but to keep it brief - buy one!!
Waw lookimg at the Freak Athlete and the NordBench. NordBench better for me with back extensions. I'm 6ft 5in. Quality is top notch and CEO of the business Garrett no less was there to answer my question about a shipping delay (LA Fires..) within 24 hrs.

After getting the product I was highly impressed! Figured I would share a funny story, at first (without watching the video like a dummy) I was trying to use it without extending the bottom and almost fell on my face a few times and knew something was wrong but I’m hard headed and wanted to try to figure it out myself until my buddy was like just watch the video?? I caved and the first thing in the video the dude says you have to extend the bottom and I just felt so silly, BUT after getting it to work properly from a user error, this thing has been awesome!
There's a lot of room for improvement with the customer service aspect of this business (shipping was delayed 2x and took 10 weeks for delivery; use & assembly instructions weren't included), but bench - when assembled correctly - is very much worth the cost.
