I've been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and the Nordbench is undoubtedly a piece of equipment that no gym should be without. Compared to its direct competitors (other extension benches), this one offers the best value for money. It's also more compact and lighter than the rest, while still remaining robust. And the best part is how quick and easy it is to change positions for different exercises. They've done a fantastic job evolving the product; you can tell they've put a lot of work into it. New Home Addition

Just got my Nordbench Pro a few days ago. Nice piece of equipment. watch the included workout videos for great exercise ideas and proper workout form if you're new to this. I like it so far. I have a ways to go to get better at nord curls but looking forward to the journey.

Perfect sized and sturdy

Perfect sized for a very cluttered basement gym. My teenagers even interested in it.

Review after Day 3

After a year of annoying back pain and failed attempts at stretching, I finally found something that works. I hesitated on the Nordbench for months, trying cheaper products instead, but I should have just started here.

The build quality is excellent, and after only three days, my back feels stronger and my range of motion has finally improved. If you're looking to be proactive about how you age, this is worth every penny. No regrets!

In Home Convenience

The NordBench is still relatively new to me and I am very happy with it so far. I have been able to workout in my home while it has been raining outside. I like the variety of exercises I can perform on the NordBench and I plan to purchase attachments so I can do even more. When not in use, the NordBench hardly takes up any space and it is very easy to set up and put away.

You get what you pay for

I bought this machine specifically for Nordic curls and back extensions. The padding is firm and supportive. I really enjoy that I can easily fold it up and store it in a corner. The magnets are strong, so I don’t worry about it crashing down.

Some cons: I don’t know why they used three or four different bolt sizes, it would have been nice to use just one. The entire unit feels a bit wobbly, but when you’re actually using it, it feels solid. The locking pin needs to be in the right orientation so it automatically snaps into the next position while you’re sliding the pad up and down.

These small downsides don’t compare to how awesome this unit is.

Low Back Pain

I've wanted this product for a while and I'm glad I made the purchase. I've had low back pain for a long time, and mixed with the decompression work I've been doing, I'm now starting to strengthen my back and hamstrings with the different exercises you can do with this machine. It also comes with solid video walkthroughs and exercise guides. It's a solid machine and for the price, well worth it.

Low back problems

I have done a lot of stretching from YouTube/going to visit the chiropractor multiple visits. All these were just temporary fix. The Nordstick fit bench help me target my lower back, straightening it. Help me, target my weight, lower bottom, half of my body.
I would recommend this anyone who has lower back problems and need to work on it at least a few times a week. You will feel a difference. At one point I was kind of depressed because I couldn’t move around like I’m only 35. The past two weeks have made a difference on my lower beck with me and my family, I am so much happier in life. Thanks

Nordbench pro

This thing is just what I have been looking for. It stores nicely in my small space. If your on the fence about getting one, just do it it.

Back Saver

I have been using this bench for several weeks now to start Nordic curls, as well as build strength and stamina in my back extensions. The bench adjusts easily, is very sturdy, and actually very comfortable to use in all positions for your hips and knees.
Overall, a very well-made bench that assembles easily and quickly. Ordering and delivery were also seamless. I highly recommend this bench!
