Love the new updated design! Haven’t used in earnest yet but compared to the original I have very thoughtful updates and added design elements to make it far more useful! I literally own and love ALL Nordstick products to date and expect that to continue :) thanks again for an awesome product!

Love all of my Nordstick items! The Nordstick Pro is fantastic, looking forward to using the multiple Omni straps I now have more but so far good! Just got the Omni bands and door strap sets as well, thanks for great products and all the best!

I rate this between a 3.5 and 4. I'd been using a strong mini band with the same principle, securing a db under my shoe (no ankle cuff of course). I thought these would be quicker to switch out from one foot to the other. Not so much. Part of the problem is that to tighten the straps you pull down. I use small dbs and my foot is close to the floor so pulling down is challenging. On the positive side, the db is much more secure than with my previous method. The ankle cuff is comfortable. And the product appears very well made. I just wish that the straps pulled up not down.

I think the Pro version is well worth the money. Makes switching between feet faster. You’re going to have to tighten strap from both sides to get it snug no matter what but the pro clip just makes switching feet and disconnecting faster and less hassle. If you’re patient and don’t mind spending a few extra seconds fumbling the OG version is super. I love the pro version but they both work well.

Great product, have used it everyday with my free weights since it’s come in the mail! Highly recommended when target hip strength!!

For a beginner to these exercises, I find the Nordic progression band to be quite helpful. I originally bought the nord stick without the progression band thinking that I’ll be fine. I’m an athlete. I probably don’t need it, but I was very wrong.
They’re clearly putting intent into their design and trying to make a good quality product. But as a product designer myself, there are few points that I think they could work on. 1) the stop they use to keep it jammed behind the upper part of your door is just webbing folded onto it self twice, I wish they folded it a few more times to make it more substantial. As it is now its actually insufficient for some doors, so be careful and mindful of how big of a gap you have on the upper end of your door and if your door can move as you're using it because believe me if it slips free while you’re doing the exercise, it will slingshot like a giant rubber band into your back, and it will hurt, quite a bit.
2) they have foam around part of the band to put behind your neck, but I wish they had more foam to also go under your arms. As it is now, the band itself isn’t comfortable to wear without a shirt, and even with a shirt on it, digs into my armpits and leaves a bruise. You can fix this by going to Home Depot and getting some soft foam insulation That’s normally used for copper plumbing pipes, but obviously when you buy a product you’re not literally looking to improve it you’re hoping that it’s good as it. However, I don’t know anybody else that’s making anything better and I think the product solves a real problem, so I would recommend with those few changes. But thats why i give it a 3 not a 5

Using the NordSpotter has helped me make progress when doing Nordic curls.

I like that it's adjustable, comfortable, and can use it on a door or weight rack.

The lines on the strap help me track my progress so that I don't try to go all in at once.

Started off with lots of help from the band and as I got stronger I adjusted it for less resistance so my hamstrings are doing most of the work.

So happy with my purchase!! The Omnistrap is lightweight, durable and comfortable when using it regardless of the amount of weight I’m using. It has made home workouts easy for me to be able to strengthen and tone my glutes from home. I also bring it to the gym with me and will use the strap to connect to different machine at the gym to provide alternative lower body exercises. Overall, very happy with my purchase and would recommend to a friend!
