The Zero Sled

The instructions say it's for indoor use only but the ads show people using it outside. After looking at the design, I see why it's for indoor use. The sharp edge of the bottom plate would've destroyed my grass after a few passes. The bearings of the swivel base are exposed to dirt and debris also. I fixed both problems.

This is exactly what I was looking for to augment my garage gym. Sled pulls forward and backward made super easy with the genius design. Super compact so it’s easy to store.

Awesome gear really helping me strengthen my legs and lower back and helping with years of pain in my lower back and knees. The pivoting action on this sled makes it so I can do laps around the building in my apartment complex. Awesome �

I had a partial knee replacement 18 months ago and have had trouble regaining leg strength with conventional weight machines, barbells, and dumbells.
Reverse pulls with the Zero Sled have helped me strengthen my legs in a much safer manner than placing a barbell on my back. My rehabilitation is progressing much faster than before.

We purchased the zero sled. It's has been close to probably four months ago.
We have tested it vigorously during that time. Wet grass, dry grass, fallen leaves, the rain, and even some mud. It has performed exactly the way it's described from the manufacturer. We use it to enhance our running strength and agility, And using the zero sled with different body planes of motion. This has been a total enhancement, Included to our training. It puts SRT and puts our team in a much better place to handle our duty!

Assessing the Zero Sled

I’ve researched this sled for a year. It has an innovative simple rotating turn-around capability which saves a lot of unnecessary wear-and-tear on the knees and back from constantly turning a heavy sled around to go the opposite direction. (I did moderately tweak an MCL a couple years ago by using my foot and lower leg turning a heavy sled around at the gym.)

I will use this exclusively at the gym (over 100’ long and carpeted) for heavy pulls forward, backward, and sideways both directions. I also pull a lighter sled around reservoirs and over a railroad overpass for additional cardio work.

As an experienced weightlifting coach, personal trainer, as well as strength and conditioning coach for 35 years and worked with well over 1,000 people, I highly recommend this product! Of course, I will have other people use it.

I am also 61 and still do sled training for about 500 miles a year!

Excellent piece of equipment. We Reside on 3 acres and it definitely has come in handy.

This is an incredible product. I really love it and has really improved my sled workouts. for awhile i moved away from sled work because it was so annoying to spin the sled. 10/10 recommend!
