Revised handles different from image and small requiring the use of gloves to workout. The carabiners feel cheap, sharp-edged, and restricted in movement. when changing bands.Four months from purchase to delivery.

I love the Nord stick! Easy to assemble, only a couple of issues with some of the nuts and bolts being a little rough on the thread, so maybe checking on some of those.

Perfect add-on for this multitool piece of equipment. These add resistance to each and every workout and even add new workouts to the nord bench.

The product is well built and sturdy. The quality is the same as Rogue or any commercial grade products. It does everything it says it can do. I'm a big guy and I have no issues using this piece of equipment. The customer service is top tier and they keep you posted if there's any issues. My only problem is with shipping and getting your product in a timely fahion. It took several months to get my full order. The customer service department did a great job in fixing things. Now that I have it, this is a must have item in any home gym.
