Nordbench pro takes the promise of the original nordbench and exceeds expectations. The Shogun nordex is a premium compact Nordic bench, but lacks serious range of motion. The Freak Athlete Hyper Pro is versatile, but way too large for those with limited space. Plus it’s hard to maneuver. Nordbench Pro hits the sweet spot and then some. Not only is it easy to move around, but is compact without compromising on range. The padding feels great. Adjustments are easy enough. It’s hard to ask for much more than the Nordbench Pro at this price point.

I have been waiting years for a machine like this to come out - it has every single exercise I’ve ever done at a gym, and now I don’t have to leave my house. I have zero complaints with the Nordstick Pro.
I also purchased the resistance bands, as well as the other resistance bands that **** in. I have never been so motivated to work out and I feel like this is giving me a new interest and love for exercise which I needed. Best of all, this machine is compact and doesn’t get in the way of anything. I can’t wait to see the progress I’ve made since I received this in the mail and a couple months from now.

This machine covers so much all in the space of your own home. We use this NordBench Pro, myself and my two daughters do as well (49,12, 15) and my 3rd daughter is looking forward to it when she returns home from college. I bought the bench, the by hybrid bar & bands, the band system from the original bench, the zero sled and could not be happier. This bench and systems are so versatile and allow you to target so much. Highly recommend.
I was certain to get a nice core workout, but
the greatest surprise with the NordBench is my quadriceps blowing up on the slanted plate!
