I have been waiting years for a machine like this to come out - it has every single exercise I’ve ever done at a gym, and now I don’t have to leave my house. I have zero complaints with the Nordstick Pro.
I also purchased the resistance bands, as well as the other resistance bands that **** in. I have never been so motivated to work out and I feel like this is giving me a new interest and love for exercise which I needed. Best of all, this machine is compact and doesn’t get in the way of anything. I can’t wait to see the progress I’ve made since I received this in the mail and a couple months from now.
I’ve used the Nordbench Pro daily since receiving it, and wholeheartedly recommend it if you’re looking for a solid addition to your home workout routine. I’m in a relatively small apartment, so space is an issue. The NBP folds down pretty small so it can be out of the way. Setting up and adjusting between exercises takes seconds, and now I’m able to do exercises that before were not really possible in the space I have. Having had low back issues my whole life (bulging disc at L5S1 and some other back/hip issues), having a quick and simple platform for doing back extensions, static holds, and hamstring strengthening exercises is a game changer. The dip station and squat platforms are great bonuses.

I've been using the Nordbench Pro for 4 weeks now, and am really enjoying the experience. The product was easy to assemble, is sturdy, and does exactly what it reports it will do. I have found the 10-week transformation plan that accompanied it to be really helpful in getting started. The one area for growth for the product I received is that footboard, leg cushion attachment, and bench are all just slightly soldered at an angle. When I look down at those parts, they're not parallel; just angled ever so slightly. I am guessing that this is just an issue with the first shipped versions of the Nordbench Pro. In total, the machine still allows me to do all of the exercises; it's more of an aesthetic than anything else. So in total, very happy with the purchase.
I’m truly impressed with the Nordstick Bench. The moment I set it up, it felt sturdy, solid, and built to last — almost like something you’d find in a commercial gym. The padding is firm yet comfortable, the adjustments are smooth, and the overall construction inspires confidence with every rep.
It’s rare to find a piece of equipment that combines versatility, quality, and a compact footprint so well. Whether I’m doing Nordic curls, back extensions, or hip thrusts, it feels stable and reliable. I expected good, but this exceeded my expectations — it genuinely feels like commercial-grade equipment in my home gym.

I use my Bench regularly with my trainer along with the other items I purchased from NordStick. Using them at home is so much better than going to a gym and I really do feel the benefit of the work I have been doing. I am a 75 year old female masters swimmer and am looking forward to my next swim meet to see the benefits I have gained!
