When will this order ship?
This is a pre-sale order. Our next shipment will be in Mid Feb.
What is the weight capacity?
The NordBench is certified to 500 lbs per industry testing standards. This means it was tested to hold until 1250 lbs.
This rating applies to Hip Thrusts as well.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly should take no more than 15 minutes, with most people finishing in under 10 minutes. Orders come packaged with complete instructions.
What’s the height limit for back extensions?
The length of the frame is adjustable and is designed to accommodate individuals 4’ up to 6’8” tall.
What is the height range of the bench for hip thrusts?
Depending on the incline angle you set the bench to, it can range from 12” off the ground to 40”.
Do I need to add weight to the back?
For most people, no.
However, if you plan on doing very explosive concentric nordic curls or weigh more than 250 pounds, we recommend adding a 25-pound plate to the back.
Does it include the Band System?
The NordBench Band System is a separate product intended to unlock the full potential of the NordBench. It is purchased separately.
