This wasn’t something that was on my radar, until it was. The bench feels solid and secure, with the exercises I’ve used it mostly for. I really enjoy the additional legwork it provides; Nordics, weighted back extensions, using the leg extension/curl attachment, heel elevation for my goblets, perched curls, inclined weighted sit ups; all have been welcome. The versatility has allowed me to add movements that were either difficult or impossible with my previous setup.

What surprised me most is how often I use it. It didn’t replace my old bench—it expanded what my home gym is capable of. Looking back, the NordBench Pro feels like the missing piece that brought everything together. It complements my rack, cables, dumbbells, and other equipment perfectly, making my workouts more efficient and giving me more exercise options without taking up excessive space.

I can’t say enough about the Nordbench Pro. It literally solves all my workout needs in one small compact machine. The back extension machine has been working great

After putting opening everything up and assembling. The product feels very quality and solid. I like the ability to fold and stand up plus the pads are soft and stiff enough to hold up over time.

I’ve always wanted to achieve a full Nordic. Had a knee replacement last year as well as issues in the other knee and the slow progressive nature of the nordbench quickly helping my overall strength and pain.

This bench is a must have for home gyms! It is sturdy, versatile, and compact. And the accessories they make for this bench make it even better!

So I was pretty skeptical, as I am in most things, but the Nordbench Pro is the real deal. At 6'2" and 300 pounds, I'm not sure anyone but an NBA player would consider me small, and it'd have to be a pretty tall one. This bench can handle all of me and more, incredibly stable even when I do dips, the Nordbench Pro has made me a believer. I'm well on my way to healing my back injury with exercise therapy and it's all thanks to this bench. Since I'm limited on space, this is the perfect product for me as it collapses quite nicely and is out of the way when not in use. Accept no substitute, Nordbench Pro is #1

Really happy with it so far! Hits everything I want to work on and is not bulky or taking up too much space.

The band system and leg attachments really round out the bench for total body!!
Not to mention to the multi sliders. Easy to use and no need to go to the gym!

Just assembled and the directions were a little off from the video but otherwise it went together just fine. I am not sure about the lower base “feet” they seem to match with instructions.

Great piece of workout equipment. I workout at a gym and my home. This is a great addition to my home equipment. It saves a ton of space and is quick to setup and use!

I’ve had the product for a total of 4 hours and have done one work out on it. So a quick out of the box review is listed below.

I am a 6ft 4in tall 240 pound guy and i feel safe doing exercises in it. It’s very sturdy for a collapsible product. Only issue I saw was the box was barely held together when it showed up on of the thigh pads had a small cut in it. Over all seem very high quality product especially for the price.

It’s been a great help in rehabbing my hamstring!

Good product. Trying to figure out how to use

I will say that I was miffed at the turnaround time from order to the shipment. Ordered the Nordbench Pro February 21 and received it May 20. When the order was placed, I didn’t see anything about it being back ordered and after two weeks I began to investigate what was going on. Only then did I find it would be late April and then some delays where I finally received the long awaited shipment. I was tempted to hit the nuke button and fight for a refund but I waited and wasn’t disappointed.
Well built and seems sturdy. First use was good. Very happy with the Nordbench Pro. I would recommend it as a versatile piece for any home gym.

I bought the Nordbench after seeing a bunch of social media ads for this, as well as competing products.

I opted for the Nordbench because of its simplicity (the Freak Athlete competitor was probably the one I saw most often, but it looked bulky and overly complicated).

I needed something multifunctional, compact, and had good build quality, and the Nordbench delivers.

Assembly was easy, the various guides did a great job highlighting examples of movements that can be incorporated into your fitness programming, and customer service was great.

I love having the nordbench at my house. Its so versatile, that I can really expand my at home workouts without spending money on machines when I dont have very much room for them. I only put 4 instead of 5 stars because I do think it could feel more stable and a little less wobbly during some of the exercises

Recieved it and it seems to be a sturdy build. I like the options on the angle. I am 6'5" and mobile is 5'3". We both use it no problem. Easy to adjust. Leg attachment is a nice feature.

I looked for a nordic bench that could work as a back hyper, most were overoriced in my opinion until I cane across the Nordstick. Delivery was okay and product has awesone quality.
