Love how much versatility I have with these rollers and the floor space they save.
The quality of the foam is top notch and the top hat adapter is a great idea for people like me who have a rack with 5/8" and 1" holes.
I use them for Nordic curls, reverse hypers, decline sit ups, split squats, lower back extensions, as a lap bar for lat pulldowns.
If I were to buy a dedicated machine for all those exercises I'd run out of space and money.
The load bar helps stabilize the bench for back raises and side raises. This was especially helpful for being able to incorporate a weight plate or kettlebell when performing the back raises. The bench felt stable before, but the subtlest rocking feeling left me concerned that I couldn’t add weight to these exercises. But with the bar in place, that is no longer a concern.
The only minor improvement would be making the “how to” section for this item easier to find.
This has to be my 3rd leg roller I've purchased in the past year or so. I find that all of them are similar where they simply aren't long enough, and the attachment to the rack is not as tight as I would like. Unfortunately I give it 2 stars, because it sits just to close to the rack. Extend it 4 more inches and it would be perfect and include a better lock but to tighten by hand.
