Super excited to use this piece of equipment. The versatility is what got me to purchase this and the benefits of Nordic curls and back extensions super simple to put together also.
I’ve had my NordBench Pro for about 4 months now and it has been the PERFECT addition to my home gym. I recently received the leg attachment and can’t wait to set it up 🤩.
I have been using the Nordbench since February 26, I got the leg extension in March. I am not ripped, but I am gettign stronger and more limber. At 56, I have a bad hip, bad hamstring and bad lower back. All of these parts are getting stronger. I am more confident. I can almost take my shirt off outdoors. I am sure my neighbors do not watt that, but I will get there.
Solves a lot of the gym visits all in one. Everything works as advertised. Had a part missing and it took 3 months to get the machine.
First things first, the company is exceptional! Garrett is so responsive to any questions/inquiries regarding his products. In addition to this positive feedback, YouTube offers helpful resources to get the most out of all of the equipment! I encourage you to watch these videos to see for yourself. I purchased the NordBench Pro, the NordBench band system, and the leg attachment, and I am so happy with the stability and quality of these items. All of the equipment was incredibly easy to assemble, and once set up, it can be customized for all shapes and sizes. I am a 42 y/o F, 6ft/170lbs, with a chronically weak left hamstring from ACL repair in 2001 and low back issues that require continued rehab and strength training.
I am loving my new home gym and how versatile the equipment is! There are so many different ways to maximize the equipment, even past the workouts it is intended to provide! If you are looking for a full-body workout on a compact bench that stores easily, I believe you've found the perfect home gym at a really great price! My expectations have been exceeded! Like the concept & ability to do new/different exercises with the leg attachment for the Nordbench. However the locking pins hole do not line up with the leg attachment and the NordBench so I cannot use the provided screws to secure the leg attachment. I had to buy hitch locking pins to secure the leg attachment, worried that if I am able to progress the weight more it will not be stable.
Hopefully others do not have the same problem.
Very sturdy, as I’m a large fellow , which is great. Easy to assemble. Still learning but really enjoying it so far!!
I have been lifting since 2000. In 2003 I started a home gym. I lift mainly like a powerlifter. I need something for my lower back as good mornings are too hard now. I bought the Nordbench pro so I could do 45 degree back raises and it’s an amazing machine!

There were great assembly instructions along with video tutorials that made assembly simple. The key is to tighten the nuts extremely securely. Nordbench is made of high-quality materials from top to bottom and stows in either an upright or flat position. It was a great purchase and I highly recommend this product.

As a former PT, the quality and versatility of this piece of equipment is well worth the money and an essential to my home gym. My only regret is not purchasing the pro model for the added versatility it offers.

Wow—that’s all I can say! This machine is a total game changer. I’ve used all kinds of equipment in my gym, but the engineering behind this is truly impressive. The only downside is having to wait for my add-on to arrive, but it’s absolutely worth it. Amazing—just an amazing machine!

Pretty good. Definitely need the attachment to add weights. Im 6' 245lbs and the end picks up every time I lean back.
Hi David, Thank you for the feedback and photo! I can see two quick adjustments that will solve the lifting issue: flipping the U-base to the correct orientation and extending the base fully. We've sent you an email with detailed instructions and a setup video. Once you make those adjustments, the bench should feel rock solid. Let us know how it goes!

I’m very bad about stretching and the reason I invested in this machinery is to help with just that. I remember when I used to go to the gym and I would always used a similar machine to stretch. Now I have no excuse

Easy to put together and started my workout right away. Stable and allows my wife and I to do so many workouts at home. Great product.

Very excited. Very sturdy and heavy. Moving into place and making adjustments is a workout itself. Very quick setup, maybe 20 minutes. Haven't started the regimen yet, but I really believe this tool. I'll keep you posted

I was quite surprised at how sturdy the bench is. The quality is excellent. This replaces all other exercise equipment in my home. I shared it with my Physical Therapist and he showed it to several of his colleagues and the resident Chiropractor.

I love that the Nordbench Pro is designed with injury prevention in mind. This is a 40th birthday present to myself, and no regrets! Adjustments are a little clunky starting out, but I think this may be due to new manufacturing and will 'break in.' I made sure everything was tight, and this thing is STURDY. Looking forward to years of use for a better me and to be there for my family.
