As a physical therapist, all I could do was provide them with a yellow theraband or some bodyweight exercises.

Don’t get me wrong—these are all good things.
I did my best to encourage people and give them the tools they needed, but I knew there had to be a better way.
Fitness and health shouldn’t be gated by price.
People shouldn’t have to spend $1,500–$2,000 to get a home gym or drive to a facility just to stay active. You should have equipment that grows with you, is safe, targets the muscles that break down most often, and delivers amazing results.
That’s what led me to create Nordstick. At first, we focused on affordable, effective home workout solutions.

Hamstring strains, for example, are so common because hamstrings are hard to train.
Nordic curls are a common exercise to support hamstring engagement, but they’re hard and intimidating, especially for beginners.
If someone’s never trained their hamstrings, they get discouraged quickly.
And to be able to train all the necessary muscles, you either need a ton of equipment that’s expensive and takes up a ton of space or get a gym membership that requires you to go out of your way for a workout.
