What is the weight capacity?
The Nordbench has been tested with 1250 pounds and is certified to 500 pound per industry testing standards
How long does assembly take?
Assembly should take no more than 15 minutes. with most people finishing in under 10 minutes.
Do I need to add weight to the back?
For most people, you will not but if you plan on doing very explosive concentric nordic curls or weight more than 250 pounds we recommend adding a 25-pound plate to the back.
