NordBench Pro

This is a pretty solid and well thought out piece of equipment. I would have given it a 5 star but part you rest on for back extensions on mine is not quite square with the base. Still functional, just messes with my OCD.

The Nordbench is just how I expected it to be, it works great for Nordic curls, I know I will progress with the training provided. The dip bar works, and the back extensions as well, those slant board , for squats. Those four reasons is why I bought the NordBench.

I’m really impressed with the NordBench Pro and have had a great experience with it so far. The overall quality feels excellent, and it’s clear that a lot of thought went into the design and construction. It feels sturdy, well-made, and reliable, which is exactly what I was looking for.

What I like most is how easy and convenient it is to use. The setup was straightforward, and everything feels intuitive without being overly complicated. It has also held up really well with regular use, and I appreciate how solid and comfortable it feels.

Use it daily! Exactly what I needed to help with my upcoming bodybuilding show prep. This really helps with convenience and abs core and leg definition and development. Can't wait to get the leg attachment! Great customer service too!

Purchased the Nordbench Pro mid August, I sent an email to check on shipping, a few days later I was told it was on its way. I recieved the unit within a week. Assembly was straight forward and simple. Unit performs as stated and I am excited to add this to my daily routine.

Loveeeee this purchase! I love doing back extension because it helps with my back pain. This is the first time I've tried doing Nordic curls and oh man it is such an amazing workout!

Great construction. However, the footplate was installed upside down and no clear Instructions to reposition like the base frame. This also caused the retention plate that acts as washers to no longer be flush with the rest of the frame but doesn’t affect function so not a terrible defect, but one nonetheless. Thankfully I have previous experience of being an aircraft mechanic so I wouldn’t be defeated by a piece of workout equipment.

I've had the nordstick for a few months now and defenitley feel improvements monthly. Love the versatility and quality of the machine. Was very easy to put together and its easy to move from room to room.

No joke, im a fan of a 'lazy' workout. Not a lot of adjusting to go through multiple exercises. Set it up and you can cycle through 5 separate exercises and the sixth with a simple move. Dips, make sure to use that notch for those. Your shoulders will thank you. My core in on the mend and rebuilding strength.

The hardware is built very solid. Only had to adjust a set bolt and they had directions for that already.

Customer service was extremely responsive. Yes it took over a month to complete my order, the bench and leg ext. But customer service was on it when I wrote in, usually within a couple hours. Email responses were helpful and polite. The only pian was i had to prompt them for order updates a couple times. Not really. A huge deal but reassuring when orders take a while.

Solid build. Multi-use device as advertised. Padding is great, doesn't dig into my hips/pelvis. Plenty of support for assembly and eventual use with enclosed literature and YouTube links. Fits in well with my home gym set-up.

Missed the ship by date by a couple weeks; who knows why? Most likely supply chain not keeping up with demand. That negative erased in my opinion by the determined support team that promised it would ship yesterday…it arrived today! Phoenix to Tucson, but still pretty cool. The set up and assembly video from Dr. Garrett was spot on. All parts fit, bolt holes line up, first class. Now Ive got to train with it so I can get as strong as the UPS guy who carried the 87 pound box on his shoulder to my garage. Well done!!!

Have had it for about 2 weeks now and it has truly helped my lower back pain, i just use it for stretching my back cause i deal with muscle knots daily and this being able to keep my feet stationary and stretch out, happy with the product and the cost wasnt overly priced for what this is for its worth it. Im in my 30’s, been through a good amount of motorcycle, dirt bike, quad, and some car accidents over the years and have done physical therapy and inversion tables and the joint chiropractic as many times a week i can make it in to the locations, but since owning this NordBench pro i have cut back on the chiropractor visits and its nice to have compared to not having

Very happy with this purchase. I feel like this is all I will need to strengthen my lower back and knees.

Actually quite simple to put together which was surprising. I know the instructions say two people but I had no issues putting together all by myself. I had the original Nord bench and I upgraded to the Nord bench pro so I could use the attachments that I have purchased and I have to say it is a lot more comfortable.
