Best Value Nordic Bench on the Market

You already know your problem. You're looking at your options. And right now, you're seeing the most gain for your dollar spend.

You're doing your research. We're the answer.

Your back tightens when you stand up from a chair. Your knees have opinions about stairs. Somebody told you to stretch, and stretching stopped being enough a while ago.

So you started looking. What you found was a wall of steel that costs more than a month of rent, or something cheap that flexes the first time you load it properly.

What you actually want isn't complicated. A lower back that holds up through the day. Legs that get stronger every month. All of it at home, without a membership, and without $1,500 leaving your account for one machine that does one thing.

That's the bench you're looking for. We're the best fit.

Here's every number, next to others.

Why You'll Love Us

Built through customer feedback

Three ways to put it away: upright, on the wall with the Wall Mount Pro, or flat under a bed. Take the rollers off and it lies 8 inches tall.

Reviewed most compact by Shredded Dad

It ships part-built. Two adjustable wrenches or a socket set finish it, and most people are done in about ten minutes.

Fifteen with the bench and nothing on it. The dip handles are welded into the frame, so dips need no attachment at all. Add the Hybrid Bar and the band system and it passes twenty.

500 lb for Nordic curls and back extensions, on a 7-gauge extendable center beam and a 9-gauge base. Dips are rated to 250 lb.

Three inches of contoured Hybrid H-pad, gapless through the middle. It's shaped so nothing gets pinched on the way down. Important, right?

The center beam extends from 44 to 59 inches, the footplate locks at three angles, and the Nordic setting has eight levels. It supports heights 4′10″ to 6′8″.

We take pride in our versatility

Fifteen movements, on one frame. Each one is a machine you'd otherwise buy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Orders made before 12PM EST are shipped on the same day. Orders after 12PM EST ship the next day. Shipping within the USA takes 3-5 business days.

It flips between three secure positions depending on the movement:

  • Upright for Nordics and GHRs
  • Flat for platform movements like step-downs or heel-elevated squats
  • Angled for slant board squats or stretching

Each setting locks in place for safety and stability during training.

The Nord Back Ext does three movements: back extensions, dips, and heel-elevated squats. The Pro does those three plus twelve more.

What the Pro adds:

  • Nordic curls, across eight progression levels
  • Glute ham raises, hip thrusts, split squats and step downs
  • The Leg Attachment, for loaded leg extensions and standing hamstring curls
  • 500 lbs of capacity and room for people up to 6'8", against 300 lbs and 6'4"
  • The work of nine separate machines in one frame

Get the Back Ext if your back is the whole project.

Get the Pro if you want hamstrings, glutes, chest and arms on the same frame.

Not fully — but setup is quick and easy.

It ships partially assembled and only requires two adjustable wrenches or a socket set. Most users finish setup in under 10 minutes without any special tools or extra help.

Yes — it’s compact but powerful.

Despite having a larger footprint than the original, it’s still sized to fit in most home setups:

  • Upright: 15” D x 22” W x 44” H
  • Fully extended: 15” H x 22” W x 59” L

It replaces multiple machines in one space-saving design. You can either:

  • Store it vertically/upright
  • Slide it under a bed with at least 8" of clearance

Watch the setup video. Additionally, make sure you're on a flat surface.

If you're over 250 lbs doing heavy weighted back extensions, our Stability Bar is the fix. Still having trouble? Reach out and we'll sort it out.

Loosen the pin, slide to your position, retighten. Watch this video. Once you see the trick, it takes seconds.

See exactly how it works — setup to first workout.

Assembly required — and here’s the full walkthrough so you’re moving in minutes, not hours.

Nobody Should Pay $1,500 for This

I'm a physical therapist. Across 4,000+ clients, the muscles that decide how a back holds up were always the hardest to load at home, and the equipment that could do it ran $1,500 to $2,000. That's where people stopped. Not on effort. On price.

So in 2019 I built the one I wanted to send home with them, and I priced it where they could actually buy it.
