Empêchez votre dos de vous nuire
Le NordBench Pro est un banc nordique 9-en-1 conçu pour les personnes qui veulent un dos plus fort et mieux soutenu, pas seulement une autre routine d'étirement.

From the desk of Dr. Garrett, Founder of Nordstick
If your back has been slowing you down; stopping you from moving freely, keeping up with your kids, or just getting through the day feeling good, I want you to know I’ve seen this story hundreds of times.
I’m a physical therapist. Over the course of my career I’ve worked with 4,000+ clients dealing with the same thing: a back that just isn’t working the way it should. Tight. Weak. Always in the way.
The muscles most responsible: hamstrings, glutes, lower back, are also the hardest to train without the right equipment.
It’s the wrong tools.
My clients were doing everything right. They were showing up. They were trying.
Bodyweight exercises at home:
Helpful, but they plateau fast and can’t load the muscles that matter most.
Gym memberships:
Great in theory, but life gets busy and the bill keeps coming.
Multiple pieces of equipment:
Expensive, space-consuming, and still incomplete.
People shouldn’t have to spend $1,500–$2,000 to build a back that works. So in 2019, I decided to fix that.
I wanted to build something that could strengthen people’s quads, calves, hamstrings, glutes and lower back. It needed to help reduce their risk of future issues.
That's what led me to build the NordBench.
I wanted one thing that could do it all:
target every key muscle in the posterior chain
work for any fitness level
fit in a real home without taking over the room.
Something that grows with you. Safe, solid, and built to last.
Not a compromise. The real thing.
15+ exercises across your lower body and core: the movements most home setups need a separate machine for.
Back extensions for your low back
Hip thrusts for your glutes
Slant board squats for your quads
Split squats for single-leg training
Nordic curls for your hamstrings
Slant board for your calves
Core exercises like sit-ups and QL raises for your obliques and lower back
Copenhagen adductor raises for lateral sports movements
Research consistently points to the hamstrings and posterior chain as the most important group for back health and lower body strength. But they’re also the most undertrained because most equipment just doesn’t reach them.

OVER$2,000
...and that's being conservative.

That's why we built the NordBench.
One piece of equipment. Every movement your back needs. Built for real homes, real schedules, and real people. Not just athletes.
8 levels of progression so you start where you are and keep making gains.
Smaller than a suitcase so it doesn't take over your space.
Patent-pending H-Pad, designed specifically for comfortable reps for men.
Designed so that the workout your physio recommends is finally available at home.
Not a Jack of All Trades, but a Master of All
The NordBench isn't a one-trick bench. Every function below is a full exercise category and you get all of them in a single piece of equipment that folds flat.
Every detail of the NordBench was designed around one goal: equipment that works as hard as you do, without taking up your whole house or budget.
Adjust it to find the ideal height that works for you. Supports individuals 4'10" - 6'8" tall.
Folds down shorter than an adjustable bench. Comes with a secure latch for easy transport and secure wall mounting.
Switch between a slant board and a 4" platform depending on your workout. Now with band slots for easier band exercises.
Patent-pending H-Pad form to minimize gaps and enable more comfortable sit-ups and workouts.
Re-designed knobs for smoother adjusting and locking. Added pins to increase tension and stability.
Scientifically-researched for optimized GHRs, these premium contoured pads are now 3" for increased cushioning.
The U-base and steel frame eliminate wobbles and increases the counterweight threshold. It's certified and rated for 500 lbs.
We've improved the design to make it simple to assemble. Easily build the NordBench with the help of our guide.
What is the weight capacity?
The frame is rated to hold up to 500 lbs, even for dips.
Best for users under 250 lbs with flat floors. Above that or when doing heavy-weighted back extensions, we recommend attaching the Stability Bar for added ground contact and support.
The NordBench Pro's durability is achieved because it uses a mix of high-grade steel types for strength and performance:
When will this order ship?
This is a pre-sale order. Our current lead time is roughly 30 days. Proceed to our product page to get more accurate estimates.
How does the adjustable footplate work?
It flips between three secure positions depending on the movement:
Each setting locks in place for safety and stability during training.
How is the NordBench Pro different from the NordBench?
It's a complete redesign based on customer feedback.
Upgrades include:
Is the NordBench Pro fully assembled out of the box?
Not fully — but setup is quick and easy.
It ships partially assembled and only requires two adjustable wrenches or a socket set. Most users finish setup in under 10 minutes without any special tools or extra help.
Will it fit in my home gym?
Yes — it's compact but powerful.
Despite having a larger footprint than the original, it's still sized to fit in most home setups:
It replaces multiple machines in one space-saving design. You can either store it vertically/upright or slide it under a bed with at least 8" of clearance.
How do I get my NordBench Pro perfectly stable?
Watch the setup video. Additionally, make sure you're on a flat surface.
If you're over 250 lbs doing heavy weighted back extensions, our Stability Bar is the fix. Still having trouble? Reach out and we'll sort it out.
How do I adjust and lock in my pad length?
Loosen the pin, slide to your position, retighten. Watch this video. Once you see the trick, it takes seconds.
Don't take our word for it. Here's what 2,458+ customers say.
Real people. Real results. No filters.
@benbarkerfitness
"I just got the NordBench Pro from NordStick and this thing is insane. So NordStick has been advertising this thing as 9 pieces of equipment in 1... And I don't want to call them out in public but it's at least 11 pieces of equipment in it!"
@ShreddedDad
"When the NordBench came out, it was the first bench to have a folding footplate that turned into a slant board so you could do goblin squats and calf raises... now with the NordBench Pro, this is the first nordic bench to come out with a built-in dip station. This new one is built a lot better...a lot sturdier."
@RebootAt45
"Pretty versatile. I like that it's different than most of the machines I've seen. The fact that this has a dip bar there... you can lose. And this pad is so... it's almost like sitting in a car. It's so cushy."
Your back shouldn't hold you back. And getting the equipment to fix that shouldn't cost you $1,500 or require a gym membership.
The NordBench exists because I got tired of telling people there was nothing they could do at home. There is. And it's right here.
