Very easy to put together. Solid construction and comfortable at the same time. Adjusts very easily and is one of the best compliments to our small Home Gym. Really happy with our purchase of the. Restock Pro and will be buying attachments in the near future.

I bought mainly for back extensions but it’s so versatile I’ve incorporated more exercises into my routine. Perfect addition to a home gym. The only thing I wish was easier would be sliding the padded bench up and down easier. Very difficult to move. Overall solid product

The NordBench has been worth every penny thus far. I also bought the leg attachment and I’m a big fan. I’ve used it now for core training, Nordic curls, and leg extensions and my knee and back pain has significantly decreased. I feel more stable and my running has also improved. 10/10 recommend!

I received mine last week. 20 minutes to put together. Easy to store, functional and well engineered. I have integrated 3 exercises from my workout program using my Nortie. Very please.

So many different strength training options can be accomplished. So much more than a bench and it’s not a machine. Use your own body weight or add weights to accomplish your goals.

I bought the NordBench Pro for about $399 plus tax, and honestly, it has been helpful for me.

I have dealt with back pain for a long time. I injured my lower back years ago lifting something the wrong way, later fell down stairs and fractured a vertebra in my upper back, and after a recent car accident a lot of that pain came back again. Because of that, I needed something more versatile than a regular Roman chair — something that could help me safely work on strengthening my back and supporting the muscles around my spine.

Since this was a pre-sale, my order did not move for over a week after payment. I reached out to NordFit, explained that I was dealing with back pain, and asked if there was any way they could ship it sooner. Their response was surprisingly fast. Within the next 2–3 days, my order moved into processing, and I received the bench roughly 10 days later. I truly appreciated that.

After using it for a few weeks, I can say it does what I bought it for. It gives me several exercise options, and it has helped me work on my back, core, and overall stability at home. The different adjustment options make it much more useful than a basic back-extension bench.

My only real complaint is the amount of movement in some of the adjustable parts. Even after tightening the bolts as much as possible, there is still a little play in the frame during exercise. The upper section with the main pad can shift slightly if I lean to one side. It seems like the metal pieces that lock into the height-adjustment teeth have a little extra space, which creates that looseness. Аnd the foot platform also has a small amount of movement.

It is not dangerous or a dealbreaker, and the bench still does its job. But for $400+ after tax, I expected the adjustable parts to feel more solid and locked in. I am glad I bought it because it is helping me, but I hope NordFit improves the tightness and stability of those adjustment points in future versions.

I am retired military. I was both Army and Air Force, enlisted and officer. My last career was Special Warfare as a TACP. I sustained some significant back and leg injuries. Every few years I have to get injections, chiropractic care, and do physical therapy. I have also occasionally had to get nerve ablations. I have a pretty good gym at my house, but nothing great for my lower back and hamstrings.

Then I see the Nordbench…

I have only had it for a little over a week, but I can absolutely tell that this will be a game changer. I am easily able to work areas that had gotten really weak due to guarding injuries. Just within the week that I have been using it, I walk better (which was a painful task for months leading up to this) and I have been sleeping better. Just being able to safely work these weak areas is changing everything for me. I just turned 48 and know that rucking endless miles right after a crossfit WOD probably won’t be happening soon, but with this new tool called the Nordbench, I definitely feel like it will be a possibility again. I was forced to retire after 21 years in the military, due to the injuries. Since then, I have done everything possible to remain fit and active but still felt like the light at the end of the tunnel was getting dim. I can honestly say that adding the Nordbench to my gym has given me great hope and I can already feel the benefit.

This is the centerpiece of my home gym! It does everything I need it to, especially with the leg attachment. You can do so much with this bench, it’s durable, and a great price.

Took a little longer to receive since they were out of stock, but well worth the wait. For a compact adjustable machine, it is very sturdy with minimal movement.

Had to wait a while for delivery but the wait is definitely worth it! Ordered Nordbench Pro with the leg add on. I am having knee replacement surgery and also asked for a workout program for my knee, which I received quickly and am loving what I am seeing for exercises. Today was my first workout. They sent a 10 week program working out 4 days a week, as I had asked. The equipment is super stable and really well constructed, nothing skimpy. Best piece of gym equipment I have ever purchased, love the versatility.

After finishing my last round of chemo, I was looking for a way to gain my strength back in my legs. I've always preferred Nordic curls as a leg exercise, but to do them you need to have a gym that carries a GHR machine. This equipment does works nicely and doesn't take up too much space!

I dont often leave product reviews. Especially positive ones lol but my experience with NordStick so far has been worth acknowledging. I received my Nordbench Pro after a long and personally tough day so I admittedly didn't start off in the right headspace to begin with. I ran into some minor problems during the assembly and it was late at night here in Connecticut but due to the time difference where they are I was able to get someone to help me almost immediately. The person I was chatting with was amazingly patient, and human, and kind. They did everything in their power to right the wrong and dealt with my misplaced anger with such grace and understanding. I just wanted to say thank you because that kind of compassion in customer service is SO very rare these days. Its been a pleasure to do business with you. I just received my Nordbench and love it! It’s a game changer for strengthening my lower back and core. At 63 and multiple back surgeries, I believe this will help me develop strength, maintain mobility and keep me active for years to come!

I live in a studio in Queens, NY, so my space is limited. I have trouble motivating myself to get into the gym sometimes. This thing fits under my bed. It can be a little cumbersome, getting it up to my apartment on the third floor by myself was a pain, because it is a little heavy, and it isn't always super easy to navigate through tight spaces, especially if you're bringing it around corners, but if you put it together right it is sturdy and can help you get some really great work outs in when your time and space is limited. I do honestly think it's worth the price. Solid value.

The machine is nice and it’s nice to have something like this in such a small footprint at home. It gets the job done and allows me to do extensions and curls. It does require quite a bit of messing around and adjusting to get it right so it’s not something you can just clip on quickly and go. It’s also not the sturdiest machine I’ve ever used but like I said it does get the job done and is good for the house. I would recommend to friends and family and would buy again if I had seen and used before buying.
