We've been incredibly impressed and blessed by the Nordbench setup. Out of the box, you can see it is solidly built. It's versatile, easy to switch for different exercises, and for low back issues, a must add/have for the home.

Set up was relatively easy and the product information "how to's" have extremely easy to follow. So far so good and I look forward to adding this machine into my normal workout routine.

There are so many different ways to use it, which makes it a great addition to my home gym. Solid piece of equipment, easy to adjust, and makes getting a full workout in super convenient. I was skeptical of buying this unit and thought I could get away with a cheaper Amazon knockoff. I did wind up getting the Amazon one and promptly disassembled it and sent it back when the NordBench arrived. Bottom line, its a vastly superior product and it’s something I genuinely enjoy using. Not to mention that I’ve genuinely feared bending forward the wrong way now for going on 3 years because of a bulging disk and as an aging 42 year old athlete who is very active you can imagine that messes with your confidence and psyche not only in active situations, but just around the house and in real life. Thinking twice before loading the dishwasher is not a fun way to live. I love that I can start my Nordic Curls at a much easier angle and work my way down, which has really unlocked that exercise for me because it was either too hard or just flat uncomfortable trying to do it with bands or with other equipment. I start high and go lower and lower until I can’t do it with good form and I just make incremental improvements week after week from there. My husband & I really love the Nordbench. We are both in our 60s. It has been a wonderful addition to our workout routine. We have found it very helpful in strengthening our core and back. It is easy to use and videos have been very helpful. We really wish they were all in one easily found and indexed location.

Great product with sooo many options on how to work out. Putting it together was easy and I’m already in love with it and I haven’t even given it my first workout yet.

I’ve been dealing with lower back pain for a while, and the NordBench Pro has made a huge difference. Doing regular back extensions on it has strengthened my back in a way that stretching alone never did. After a few weeks of consistent use, the daily ache is way more manageable and I feel stronger and more supported overall. Super glad I got it.

I really strained my low back back in January and haven't been the same since. I finally submitted upon @lowbackability YouTube videos. The guy has this product in many of his videos. I've been into using mine for 3 weeks now, and I'm finally getting some relief. This lets me do all sorts of back extensions and Nordic curls for my rehab. The best thing about it is how well designed it is. I only weigh about 185 lbs right now, but I think a 220+ lb person would feel just as comfortable working out on this. It is very sturdy! The only gripe I had was the assembly instructions weren't the easiest to follow, especially knowing which tools you'd need. That being said, once I figured it out, assembly was really easy, and only took one person.

Setup was very easy and support was quick with questions that I had. The unit is light enough to be portable but not light duty; you can tell the metal framing will hold up for a long time. The setup features are well thought out and easy to change around. Overall really great value.

The Nordbench Pro is exactly the piece of equipment my workout routine needed. It solved multiple exercise hinderances I had using only a barbell and dumbbells, especially with the addition of the leg attachment. In the few days I’ve had it I’ve added leg extensions and curls; the plate provides height for reverse lunges, heels raised squats, step ups, and heel dips; the cushions on the end allow me to safely do hip thrusts and Bulgarian split squats. I was really struggling to do any and all of these exercises and I can feel a difference in my muscles and strength with the ability to challenge myself further. Excited to see all the progress I will make!

I’ve been using the NordBench for three weeks now. I started the Nordicbench at 30 degrees doing Nordic Curls. I see progress! Tomorrow will be 35 degrees for 7 reps without assistance. Then Monday I will try 8 reps at 30 degrees to see if I can move to 25 degrees. I’ve been using the dip bar it’s stable, it works just as intended for chest and triceps. Back extensions is great as well. Overall the product gets a 5 star. Only thing I’d change is the pad opening for a male it can be uncomfortable when doing back extensions, need a wider and longer opening.

I am so thankful I purchased the Nordstick! It has really been such a great addition to my home gym. It adds so many exercise options without a large footprint. The quality of the equipment is great! It’s super solid and sturdy. Plus it was easy to put together. Love the Nordstick with the leg extension attachment!!

Basically bought it to do back extensions and start to learn how to nordic curl, and it does both of those well. I did try to do dips and it works for the most part, but I'm decently tall and it's a pretty low starting position. Overall very solid and can't believe it was only just over $300.

I have been wanting a back hyperextension for quite some time. I looked some single station solutions but I'm glad I went with the nordstick pro. It's sturdy and has so many useful functions. Now that I'm using it I realize how weak my lower back and posterior chain is. I also love how little room it takes up and how quickly I can switch between exercises with this. I'm very happy with this purchase.
