Actually quite simple to put together which was surprising. I know the instructions say two people but I had no issues putting together all by myself. I had the original Nord bench and I upgraded to the Nord bench pro so I could use the attachments that I have purchased and I have to say it is a lot more comfortable.

I bought the nord bench pro mainly to train nordic curls and back extension. I was surprised at the quality of materials, and how sturdy it is. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of home gym equipment. Highly recommend!

So far loving my new nordbench! Assembly was fast and easy. Spent a long time trying to decide if I should buy an isolated Roman chair, hyper pro or nordbench as an alternative to injury rushing deadlifts. Ultimately chose the Nord bench due to a combination of versatility and price. The 45° back extensions feel great on this thing. Very stable and easy to put the pad in the right position for any body type.

I had been struggling with back and hamstring issues for the last year or more. I had been looking for ways to improve that. Exercise, stretching, tai-chi, etc. When I saw the Nordbench Pro, I was a bit hesitant. But I kept seeing ads and did some research and finally pulled the trigger and bought it. Man it’s been a life changer!! I’ve I my had is for a couple of weeks, but I can see and feel the improvement in my back and hammys! I can sleep better with no back pain; I can run better and even my knees feel better. I highly recommend the Nordbench Pro! If I had to, I would buy it again!!

The Nordbench Pro folds up vertically and can easily be hidden. I’m ready to sell my other gym equipment that I’ve spent thousands of dollars on. Sturdy piece of equipment and easy to put together! Exactly what I was looking for my next piece of equipment to help me workout from home.

As someone who does CrossFit, I wanted a piece of equipment that could fill in the gaps without adding three or four more machines to my garage gym. The NordBench Pro has been exactly that.

I use it for Nordic curls, back extensions, GHD-style accessory work, split squats, and core training to build the posterior chain and stay healthy for Olympic lifts and higher-volume workouts. It’s incredibly versatile and lets me get a lot of functional strength work done with one piece of equipment.

The quality is top-notch. Everything feels solid, stable, and well built, and it doesn’t feel like one of those products that tries to do everything but isn’t great at anything. The adjustments are easy, and once it’s set up, it’s confidence-inspiring to use.

Another huge plus is the size. My garage gym isn’t massive, so I appreciate that it folds up and stores easily without taking over the space. It gives me the functionality of several pieces of equipment while keeping my gym uncluttered.

If you’re into CrossFit, functional fitness, or just want to build a stronger posterior chain without sacrificing space, I highly recommend the NordBench Pro. It’s one of the best additions I’ve made to my home gym.

I am retired military. I was both Army and Air Force, enlisted and officer. My last career was Special Warfare as a TACP. I sustained some significant back and leg injuries. Every few years I have to get injections, chiropractic care, and do physical therapy. I have also occasionally had to get nerve ablations. I have a pretty good gym at my house, but nothing great for my lower back and hamstrings.

Then I see the Nordbench…

I have only had it for a little over a week, but I can absolutely tell that this will be a game changer. I am easily able to work areas that had gotten really weak due to guarding injuries. Just within the week that I have been using it, I walk better (which was a painful task for months leading up to this) and I have been sleeping better. Just being able to safely work these weak areas is changing everything for me. I just turned 48 and know that rucking endless miles right after a crossfit WOD probably won’t be happening soon, but with this new tool called the Nordbench, I definitely feel like it will be a possibility again. I was forced to retire after 21 years in the military, due to the injuries. Since then, I have done everything possible to remain fit and active but still felt like the light at the end of the tunnel was getting dim. I can honestly say that adding the Nordbench to my gym has given me great hope and I can already feel the benefit.

I recently picked up the Nordic Bench / Nord Bench Pro and overall I’ve been really impressed. It feels sturdy, well-built, and much more practical than trying to rig up Nordic curls with a random bench, barbell, or someone holding your ankles.

The biggest thing I like is that it makes hamstring training easy to actually do consistently. Nordic curls are brutal, but having a dedicated setup makes the movement feel safer and more controlled. The padding is comfortable, the ankle support feels secure, and the bench gives enough stability that I’m not worrying about the equipment while doing the exercise.

I also like that it’s not just for Nordic curls. You can use it for back extensions, core work, reverse hypers, hip extension/glute work, and general posterior-chain training. For someone who trains jiu-jitsu, lifts, or just wants stronger hamstrings and knees, it’s a really useful piece of equipment.

A few downsides: it does take up some space, and if you’re brand new to Nordics, the movement is very humbling. You’ll probably need to start with partial range, band assistance, or eccentric-only reps. But that’s more about the exercise than the bench itself.

Overall, I’d say it’s a great buy if you’re serious about hamstring strength, injury prevention, athletic performance, or building a home gym that actually lets you train movements you normally skip. It’s not a gimmick. It’s a simple, solid piece of equipment that makes a very valuable exercise much easier to program.

Love this brand, it’s extremely convenient to have something that is very mobile and easy to use. Perfect for fitting in a small amount of space yet having the ability to perform so many exercises. This brand of equipment is the definition of minimalist and the attachments make productivity easy depending on your intensity!

Just arrived last week. Husband and I put it together and the rest is history. I stretched my lower back and it was immediate pain relief. I know this bench can do many things, but experiencing lower back pain relief on the first try is a no brainer. Looking forward to putting this bench to good use. Waiting for the leg attachment to arrive, I’m so happy with this purchase.
