Missed the ship by date by a couple weeks; who knows why? Most likely supply chain not keeping up with demand. That negative erased in my opinion by the determined support team that promised it would ship yesterday…it arrived today! Phoenix to Tucson, but still pretty cool. The set up and assembly video from Dr. Garrett was spot on. All parts fit, bolt holes line up, first class. Now Ive got to train with it so I can get as strong as the UPS guy who carried the 87 pound box on his shoulder to my garage. Well done!!!

Have had it for about 2 weeks now and it has truly helped my lower back pain, i just use it for stretching my back cause i deal with muscle knots daily and this being able to keep my feet stationary and stretch out, happy with the product and the cost wasnt overly priced for what this is for its worth it. Im in my 30’s, been through a good amount of motorcycle, dirt bike, quad, and some car accidents over the years and have done physical therapy and inversion tables and the joint chiropractic as many times a week i can make it in to the locations, but since owning this NordBench pro i have cut back on the chiropractor visits and its nice to have compared to not having

Actually quite simple to put together which was surprising. I know the instructions say two people but I had no issues putting together all by myself. I had the original Nord bench and I upgraded to the Nord bench pro so I could use the attachments that I have purchased and I have to say it is a lot more comfortable.

The Nordstick has everything you need and nothing you don’t need for an all around workout. When you consider the average cost of exercise equipment, you have a home gym for the price of a song what’s more if you’re like me with limited space at home you can quickly store it and save space.

I bought the nord bench pro mainly to train nordic curls and back extension. I was surprised at the quality of materials, and how sturdy it is. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of home gym equipment. Highly recommend!

So far loving my new nordbench! Assembly was fast and easy. Spent a long time trying to decide if I should buy an isolated Roman chair, hyper pro or nordbench as an alternative to injury rushing deadlifts. Ultimately chose the Nord bench due to a combination of versatility and price. The 45° back extensions feel great on this thing. Very stable and easy to put the pad in the right position for any body type.

I had been struggling with back and hamstring issues for the last year or more. I had been looking for ways to improve that. Exercise, stretching, tai-chi, etc. When I saw the Nordbench Pro, I was a bit hesitant. But I kept seeing ads and did some research and finally pulled the trigger and bought it. Man it’s been a life changer!! I’ve I my had is for a couple of weeks, but I can see and feel the improvement in my back and hammys! The Nordbench Pro folds up vertically and can easily be hidden. I’m ready to sell my other gym equipment that I’ve spent thousands of dollars on. I’ve already recommended this to my family and friends. Will definitely be gifting this during the holidays.

Sturdy piece of equipment and easy to put together! Exactly what I was looking for my next piece of equipment to help me workout from home.

As someone who does CrossFit, I wanted a piece of equipment that could fill in the gaps without adding three or four more machines to my garage gym. The NordBench Pro has been exactly that.

I use it for Nordic curls, back extensions, GHD-style accessory work, split squats, and core training to build the posterior chain and stay healthy for Olympic lifts and higher-volume workouts. It’s incredibly versatile and lets me get a lot of functional strength work done with one piece of equipment.

The quality is top-notch. Everything feels solid, stable, and well built, and it doesn’t feel like one of those products that tries to do everything but isn’t great at anything. The adjustments are easy, and once it’s set up, it’s confidence-inspiring to use.

Another huge plus is the size. My garage gym isn’t massive, so I appreciate that it folds up and stores easily without taking over the space. It gives me the functionality of several pieces of equipment while keeping my gym uncluttered.
