In today's world, where it seems everyone is trying to sell a program or hide valuable information behind a paywall, I've taken a different approach. Over the past few months, I've reflected on the common questions and concerns that arise in physical therapy and how they can be addressed to help clients transition back to their beloved activities.
In today's world, where it seems everyone is trying to sell a program or hide valuable information behind a paywall, I've taken a different approach. Over the past few months, I've reflected on the common questions and concerns that arise in physical therapy and how they can be addressed to help clients transition back to their beloved activities.
My mission has always been to make exercise more accessible. We offer affordable fitness solutions intentionally, so financial constraints never deter you from exercising. To further this mission, I'm excited to provide you with nine of our programs absolutely free. There are no subscriptions or hidden conditions—just valuable resources to empower you in using our products and embracing life more fully.
One of my favorite analogies compares our potential to boats: "Boats are safe in the harbor, but that's not what they're built for." Similarly, while avoiding sports and activities might prevent injuries, it contradicts our innate purpose. We are meant to be active, to challenge our limits without courting pain, and to engage deeply with life and those around us.
